Terms for All-Expense paid trip to Cyprus

In order to be eligible for the following you have to first purchase property through Nicolaou Vista Land Ltd. Once the sale is concluded we will refund your travel, accommodation and insurance costs as follows:

1. For a property purchase of CY 50.000 up to CY 99.999 you are entitled to one free air-ticket from any European country to Cyprus and back (up to CY 300 in value).

2. For a property purchase of CY 100.000 up to CY 149.999 you are entitled to one free air-ticket from any European country to Cyprus (up to CY 300 in value) and back plus a 6-day b&b accommodation at a 3 or 4 star hotel anywhere in Cyprus (up to CY 30/day in value).

3. For a property purchase over CY 150.000 you are entitled to one free air-ticket from any European country to Cyprus and back (up to CY 300 in value), a 6-day b&b accommodation at a 3 or 4 star hotel (up to CY 30/day in value) and comprehensive home insurance plan for one year (with our associate insurance company, up to CY 250 in value).
